Return Policy:

• We want you to be delighted with the purchases that you make at gardengateshop.org. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item within 90 days for a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please follow the instructions on your return form for returns and exchanges.
• All items must be in original condition with their sales tags.
• Customers who choose to return their item in person to the Garden Gate Shop at the Missouri Botanical Garden must do so Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• If the package is damaged during shipping customers must return the item with all of its original packaging materials in order to make a damage claim.

• A 10% discount is available to Missouri Botanical Garden Members throughout the year.
• To use the discount members must have their promotion code and membership number ready to enter upon online check-out. The member discount will only appear on your invoice after your order has been completed.
• To retrieve the member code one must either become a member online and receive the code through an email response; or call the customer service phone line at (314) 577-0865 or membership desk at (314) 577-5118.

• Upon request at check-out, gardengateshop.org offers the option of gift wrapping your item for a fee of $5.00.

• The Missouri Botanical Garden is a Missouri Charitable Trust and is a tax-exempt organization and therefore you will not pay tax on your purchase.

• Gardengateshop.org is committed to carrying out the Missouri Botanical Garden’s mission of protecting the environment. Therefore, to reduce waste we will use packaging which has been previously used with mostly recycled materials. We thank customers for helping us to continue to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Gardengateshop.org will soon be offering green and eco-friendly items to promote sustainability.
