The ST. LOUIS HERB SOCIETY presents their latest book on the use of herbs in cookery.  Founded in 1941, the Society has long been respected for its association with the world-famous Missouri Botanical Garden. Among its membership are professional chefs, dietitians, food scientists, Master Gardeners, landscape designers, professors, artists, studied herbalists, and community volunteers.

Visitors worldwide enjoy, photograph, and learn from the herb gardens of The ST.
