Native to Japan, these wooden sandals or clogs have two additional wooden cross pieces attached underneath. This elevates an individual's feet from water or mud. The V-shaped black thong is made of soft velvet, making them a bit more comfortable. But, do not be mistaken, the geta shoes take some practice to walk in. The sandals/clogs get the name geta because of the “clack clack” sound they will make when someone walks in them. They are unisex and available in two sizes: medium and large. Made in China.
