The Orchid Show features 800 blooming orchids in lush, tropical landscape. The Missouri Botanical Garden maintains one of the world’s premier orchid collections. The Orchid Show is the only time of year when a vast, rotating selection of orchids from the Garden’s historic collection is available for public viewing. In celebration of the Garden’s “Year of China” and 25^th year of work on the Flora of China project, this year’s Orchid Show is adorned with suspended silk lanterns and infused with Chinese-themed accents.
